Module 1: Hermes Agent Fundamentals

BEGINNER

Architecture, installation (local/VPS/Docker), CLI navigation, security fundamentals.

Explain Hermes Agent architecture and agent harness
Install and configure Hermes (local, VPS, Docker, WSL2)
Navigate CLI, switch models, use dashboard

Module 4: Local Models & Ollama

Local inference, model selection using Artificial Analysis benchmarks, cost optimisation.

Install Ollama, pull models (Llama, Mistral, Gemma)

Run fully local agent workflows (no cloud)
Optimise with quantization (GGUF/GPTQ)

Module 5: Automation & Multi-Agent Workflows

Cron jobs, subagent delegation, CRM/email/calendar integration, production pipelines.

Schedule recurring automation with cron jobs
