What's "free cloud hosting" exactly?
For consulting clients, we host the agent harness on MComm Technologies infrastructure so your team can start without buying or managing servers. Training-only clients can use their own agent stack, or we can provide a temporary lab environment for the training session.
How does Business Consulting pricing work?
Business Consulting has three options: Launch, Business, and Operations. Each has a setup fee, monthly maintenance, an MComm-hosted agent harness, and fixed consulting hours. Extra work is quoted before we do it.
Can we mix training and consulting?
Yes. Training is standalone for businesses that already have agents. If you want us to work with you after training, we can add the Business Consulting plan separately.
How does training tier pricing work?
Three tiers based on depth — Beginner (Days 1–2, 6–8 delegates), Intermediate (Days 1–3, 9–11 delegates), and Advanced (Days 1–5, 12–15 delegates). Per-delegate price decreases as team size grows. For 16+ delegates or unusual requirements, contact us directly.
Do you offer payment plans?
For corporate training, yes — typically 50% on booking and 50% before delivery. Consulting is billed monthly after the setup fee.
Do you work outside South Africa?
Yes — we've delivered training and built agents for teams in the UK, EU, UAE, Kenya, and Nigeria. Time zones adjust easily; the work is the same.
