1. Introduction
AI Assistant ("we", "us", "our") is a business unit of MComm Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. These Terms govern your use of our website, courses, consulting services, and corporate training.
2. Services
We offer: (a) monthly self-paced online courses on Hermes Agent and AI development; (b) custom consulting and agent development; (c) per-delegate corporate training. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing per engagement.
3. Course Enrolment
Course access is granted upon subscription. Monthly subscribers have access to all course content, community, and the OpenRouter inference budget for the duration of their active subscription. We reserve the right to update course content; active subscribers receive updates at no additional cost. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard.
4. Inference Budget
The OpenRouter inference credit included with course subscription is a one-time starter budget provided to new subscribers. Top-ups are the responsibility of the student at OpenRouter's published pricing.
5. Consulting & Builds
Custom agent development is priced per project. Payment terms: typically 50% on signing, 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source code, MCP servers, and skills produced for the client are owned by the client upon final payment.
6. Corporate Training
Training is priced per-delegate as published. Minimum 4 delegates per booking. Cancellation within 14 days of scheduled start: 50% fee. Within 7 days: 100% fee.
7. Refunds
Monthly course subscription: 14-day money-back guarantee from initial subscription, provided less than 25% of content has been consumed. Cancel anytime after the guarantee period — no further charges. Consulting and corporate training: refunds per the engagement contract.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, methodologies, and trademarks are owned by AI Assistant / MComm Technologies. You may use what you learn in your own work; you may not resell or redistribute the course itself.
9. Liability
We provide tools, training, and services "as is". We are not liable for production incidents, AI agent outputs, or business decisions made using our deliverables. You retain responsibility for what you deploy.
